As a Senior Director Compensation & Benefits at Honeywell, you will be a key member of the Global Compensation & Benefits and the Human Resources leadership teams. You will provide functional expertise, creative C&B solutions, flexible pay strategies, market intelligence, and analytics for informed decision making, aligned with Honeywell's growth strategy.

This position will report directly to our Vice President of Total Rewards, and you will work out of our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina on a hybrid work schedule.

In this leadership role, you will drive continuous improvement to develop highly efficient compensation processes, deliver C&B support to foster a high-performance culture, and ensure the consistent application of our pay philosophy. You will also be responsible for designing, administering, and communicating Honeywell's compensation plans, benefit plans, and reward programs across the organization.
