Compensation and Benefits Director manages the design, implementation, administration, communication, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. Being a Compensation and Benefits Director develops and manages compensation and benefits budgets. Oversees compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Director manages benefits planning and programs including health and welfare, retirement, and work life. May select and manage outsourced providers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Compensation and Benefits Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Compensation and Benefits Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Full-time Position with $30K Signing Bonus and Superior ProSal, Great Benefits

    The Medical Director will lead the veterinary medical team at our practice. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Veterinarian with 0 to 10 years of work experience to take on this important role. This individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care, setting standards and policies for the practice, and leading the medical team members.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the veterinary medical team.
    • Establish medical protocols and standards for the practice.
    • Establish and monitor quality control and safety protocols.
    • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
    • Diagnose and prescribe treatments for medical conditions.
    • Manage the medical team’s workflow and ensure timely delivery of services.
    • Monitor the medical team’s performance and provide feedback.
    • Participate in the recruitment and hiring of new team members.
    • Ensure that all medical team members are properly trained and certified.
    • Monitor and review medical records.
    • Train and mentor new medical team members.
    • Develop and implement continuing education programs for the medical team.
    • Establish an environment that promotes and encourages professional development.
    • Manage the medical team’s budget and ensure financial stability.
    • Participate in professional and community activities and outreach.
    • Attend and participate in meetings and conferences.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the veterinary medical team.

    Requirements:

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
    • At least 0 to 10 years of experience in the veterinary field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Current certification in veterinary medicine.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of medical protocols, standards, and regulations.
    • Proficient in computer software programs related to veterinary medicine.

    Compensation:

    This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and superior ProSal. In addition, a signing bonus of $30K is available. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k) participation.
