Compensation and Benefits Director manages the design, implementation, administration, communication, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. Being a Compensation and Benefits Director develops and manages compensation and benefits budgets. Oversees compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Director manages benefits planning and programs including health and welfare, retirement, and work life. May select and manage outsourced providers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Compensation and Benefits Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Compensation and Benefits Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     About the role:

    This position is an operations and sales support role responsible for coordinating the overall quality review, providing documentation, and supporting training within the Worksite team to ensure that our procedures and work output is aligned with company quality standards.


    • Following established process, conduct quality review of all operations tasks, both financial and non-financial, to ensure quality and financial accuracy.
    • Assemble findings from these examinations in a report for leadership review
    • Maintain logs on quality review findings, with accurate records on outcomes and subsequent activities to improve work product.
    • Provide routine quality control on newly produced group billing output and other client-facing documents that involve premium communications.
    • Conduct payment and premium allocation upon request.
    • Prepare, analyze, and coordinate monthly reports, including vendor payments, business unit expense reporting, past due reports and other reports as directed by leadership.
    • Provide backup support for group contract and certificate updates/creation.
    • Assist in technical projects as directed, with a focus on creating accurate and complete process documentation for internal distribution.
    • Support efforts with training and new hire onboarding procedures
    • Support additional projects for new product implementation, process streamline and identification of trends.


    What we are seeking:

    Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience

    • Experience in a financial-related industry a plus
    • Working knowledge of product administrative systems and related activities
    • Strong understanding and experience with MS Office Suite of products, specifically Excel and other database utilities
    • Proven self-starter, comfortable working under tight deadlines
    • Working knowledge of life and health insurance products
    • Ability to guide conversations and use appropriate words and tone when dealing with difficult situations while maintaining a professional demeanor
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Forward thinking with innovation in mind
    • Flexibility in adapting to changes in systems, procedures, and guidelines
    • Demonstrate complete adherence to privacy laws and company privacy guidelines, and appropriate level of concern for the safeguarding all client information
    • Support teamwork and team-based solutioning
    • Ability to solve problems and react quickly in case of any urgent situations
