Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. Being a Compensation and Benefits Director develops and manages compensation and benefits budgets. This non-exempt position is central to our customer experience. In this role, you will support the store Manager in the daily sales and operations of the Tasting Room and Hospitality Department including:
• Serving and hosting guests at several venues on our beautiful Ranch
• Setting up and breaking down experiences, special events, and tours (including tables, chairs, and other equipment)
• Assisting in promoting and reaching sales goals with the Hospitality Team
• Ensuring the highest level of customer experience is provided to all guests visiting the Ranch
• Recommending, describing, and demonstrating a product’s features and benefits
• Actively investigating and meeting customer needs
• Stocking merchandise and cleaning as necessary to maintain the retail shop aesthetic
• Back-of-house duties include washing glasses and dishes, plating lunches, setting up tastings, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Position Details: This role will work between 32 and 40 hours per week, and will include at least one weekend day, and sometimes two weekend days. Work hours will generally be 9:30 or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
