Compensation and Benefits Director manages the design, implementation, administration, communication, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. Being a Compensation and Benefits Director develops and manages compensation and benefits budgets. Oversees compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Director manages benefits planning and programs including health and welfare, retirement, and work life. May select and manage outsourced providers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Compensation and Benefits Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. We need a self-motivated professional with 5 years of proven managerial experience and outstanding track record in sales. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our daily sales targets.
Your duties will include motivating our sales team of 20 high caliber inside sales representatives and to design strategic sales plans. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills by providing guidance, training, mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, and building their team.
Responsibilities:
*Improve staff through motivation, and counseling
* Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
*Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
*Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations
* Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions
* Maintain awareness of all departments’ operational challenges and assist when appropriate
*Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
*Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
*Establish ongoing training for your salespeople
*Meet with sales managers to assess company performance.
* Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

Requirements:
*Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field.
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
* In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
* Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
* Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
*Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
