Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. Being a Compensation and Benefits Director develops and manages compensation and benefits budgets. Oversees compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Director manages benefits planning and programs including health and welfare, retirement, and work life. May select and manage outsourced providers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. We are a small health insurance brokerage looking for an experienced bookkeeper and customer support representative to help our fast-growing, locally owned health insurance office. Health Benefits Associates has 4 staffed locations in Northern Nevada and 14 full-time employees. We’ve been in business for over 25 years however these last 5 years have seen by far the fastest growth.
We’re looking for a senior level bookkeeper who will report directly to the owners and senior management team. They will be responsible for generating a clear financial picture to help with long-term decision making. This position will be a key advisor to the senior management team and will help recommend ways to improve financial and business operations. We are looking for someone who can assist in the internal bookkeeping role.
