Compensation and Benefits Manager manages the design, implementation, administration, communication, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. Being a Compensation and Benefits Manager develops and manages compensation and benefits budgets. Oversees compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Manager manages benefits planning and programs including health and welfare, retirement, and work life. May select and manage outsourced providers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Compensation and Benefits Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Job Summary:
    This position is responsible for providing support to sales team and responding to a high-volume of service inquiries.

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Assisting employer group and individual client inquiries, requests, and questions.
    • Processing new enrollments, changes, and terminations.
    • Processing of claims, waiver of premiums and retiree transfers.
    • Processing monthly invoices.
    • Collecting and applying payments.
    • Speak with clients on billing and policy questions.
    • Making premium adjustments according to the invoices.
    • Updating billing and enrollment system with enrollee changes and terminations.
    • Set-up clients and maintain them in the online systems.

    Required Skills/Abilities: 
    • Highly relational and intuitive to client satisfaction level.
    • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
    • Natural problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Proactive and responsive.
    • Ability to manage client expectations.
    • Confident and demonstrates a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Required Education and Experience:
    • Minimum of two years related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
    • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM.
    • Able to quickly learn new software programs.
