Compensation and Benefits Supervisor leads a team in developing, implementing, communicating, and administering compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Supervises daily compensation and benefit operations including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis, planning for health and welfare, retirement, and work life benefits. Being a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor coordinates with outsourced providers. May provide customer support to managers and staff with compensation or benefits questions. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     What We’re Looking For

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical-minded Revenue Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Revenue Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining and architecting our revenue operations systems, optimizing our revenue-generating processes, and analyzing sales data. You will collaborate with various teams including Sales, Partnerships, and Client Success to streamline sales processes, identify opportunities for revenue growth, and drive efficiencies across the organization.

You have a strong understanding of the typical revenue operations tech stack (i.e., Salesforce, Zendesk) and experience administering & architecting key CRM systems.     What You Will Do
    • Manage Beam’s GTM Tech Stack including Salesforce and Zendesk
    • Build and maintain Salesforce (i.e., flows, custom reporting, accounts, and opportunities) and Zendesk (Views, Triggers, Macros, etc) architecture
    • Help maintain data integrity within the CRM systems, ensuring accurate account and customer information
    • Handle one-off requests on CRM system adjustments, system issues, and sales inquiries
    • Continuously work with sales leadership to develop a data-driven territory allocation process
    • Find areas within our sales process that can be automated to free up selling time and reduce data entry responsibilities
    • Partner with Data Management and Data Analytics Teams to optimize cross-system integrations and reverse ETL processes
    • Work with our Sales Trainer to ensure proficiency of sales, client success, and marketing teams in utilizing enablement tools and CRM systems


    What Skills Will Help You Be Successful
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
    • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analysis roles
    • Familiarity with Sales and Operations CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Kustomer) and proficiency in managing and analyzing CRM data
    • Salesforce Admin Certified Preferred
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Experience with SQL and BI Tools a plus)
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in and building in Salesforce Lightning
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset

    $77,400 - $123,800 a year
    The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.
