Compensation and Benefits Supervisor leads a team in developing, implementing, communicating, and administering compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Supervises daily compensation and benefit operations including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis, planning for health and welfare, retirement, and work life benefits. Being a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor coordinates with outsourced providers. May provide customer support to managers and staff with compensation or benefits questions. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.   • The Marketing Coordinator plays a central role in supporting marketing initiatives. The successful applicant must be highly organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    General Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

    • Assist in event coordination
    • Assist with branding
    • Maintain sales and marketing materials and supplies
    • Handle day-to-day support needs, including shipping of marketing materials
    • Design, develop, and maintain print marketing materials
    • Customize artwork to accompany sponsorships and community events
    • Assist with the administration of direct mail campaigns and other corporate initiatives
    • Keep ongoing inventory of physical marketing materials and specialty items as needed for ordering purposes
    • Keep management informed of current sales trends, problems, and opportunities
    • Content creation (articles, case studies, blogs, social media posts)
    • Maintaining web and social media sites
    • Assist with creation of monthly webinars

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) preferred
    • Meticulous with regard to accuracy in all publications, advertising, and promotional products or campaigns
    • Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
    • Excellent time management skills with high sense of urgency
    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent organizational skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
