Supervises daily compensation and benefit operations including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis, planning for health and welfare, retirement, and work life benefits. Being a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor coordinates with outsourced providers. May provide customer support to managers and staff with compensation or benefits questions. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The MCC Electrical Supervisor reports to the MCC Maintenance Manager. This supervisor must be a leader capable of directing others to meet/exceed defined goals. The Electrical Supervisor must be knowledgeable of all aspects of cement manufacturing, repair/maintenance of electrical systems (low, medium, and high voltage), and have a clear understanding of the rules and regulations affecting/governing employee safety/management. This individual must always promote environmental/safety compliance.
OVERVIEW: The MCC Electrical Supervisor is responsible for prioritizing, planning, and directing all electrical repair/maintenance activities throughout MCC operations while always complying with applicable safety and environmental regulations and/or MCC policies.
