The Competitive Analysist position will be directly responsible for acquiring, preparing, and distributing client and competitor media buys and data. This position will report directly to the Media Buying department.
This position will help one gain invaluable communications, campaign management, government, and technology skill sets. The work and environment develop a close-knit culture of hard work and creativity.
Responsibilities:
Acquire and analyze competitive information to determine appropriate and targeted recommendations and responses.
Analyze market research and demographic data for a wide range of media vehicles to determine the most effective approach to reach target audiences.
Review and monitor media outlet competitive sources daily and distribute updates to clients and consultants as requested.
Collaborate and contribute to the authoring of creative strategies, presentations, and other related requirements for the successful delivery and execution of client campaigns.
Develop daily timelines for each project and/or campaign.
Education & Experience:
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
No experience is required, past political campaign experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive optimizations.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
A positive and creative attitude.
“Self-starter” willingness, motivation, and the ability to take direction and learn
rapidly.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Tableau experienced preferred.
