A Typical Day in the Life of a Pricing Specialist at DSG:

• Assist with management of internal product categorization
• Maintain customer price portals
• Create and maintain promotional pricing, customer-specific pricing, and customer contracts
• Conduct regular pricing reviews and recommend pricing adjustments to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• An associate degree (preferred) in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, and/or related program.
• Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, business operations, and/or a related field.
• A strong work ethic that demonstrates integrity and trust.
• An understanding of, and ability to abide by, best practices and company policies regarding confidentiality.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• The capacity to perform basic math in all units of measure – employing whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Knowledge of and ability to calculate margin and mark-up.
• Strong attention to detail, paired with the ability to multi-task.
• The ability to learn and adapt to new programs and processes.
• Outstanding interpersonal, customer service and communication skills across a variety of settings (in person, phone, and email).
• Proficiency within the Microsoft Office suite, especially in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, complex formulas, formulas within formulas, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with Eclipse Solar and pricing software is a plus.
