Conducts market research, assesses data, and develops insights into market trends and pricing strategies. Being a Competitive Pricing Analyst maintains a database of historical pricing data to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and guide pricing decisions. Coordinates tools, reports, and communications for accurate pricing information responsive to market changes. Additionally, Competitive Pricing Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree in business or related discipline. Typically reports to a manager. Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver gymnastics lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
- Teach proper techniques and form for gymnastics exercises and routines
- Create a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their skills
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with the goals of the gymnastics program
- Monitor student progress and track their achievements
- Ensure equipment is set up properly and maintained in a safe condition
- Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and any concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience as a gymnastics coach or instructor is preferred
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety guidelines
- Familiarity with other related disciplines such as physical education is a plus
- Experience working with children or students in an educational or coaching setting
- Ability to educate and motivate students to achieve their goals
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other staff members
- Excellent behavior management skills to maintain a positive learning environment
