Cider Server $13 plus tips. Phillips Orchards & Cider Mill is a 6th generation family farm founded in 1852. Excellent customer service is our goal and our associates are our means of achieving that goal. We are looking for year round help in our new taproom and market on Vine Street in Lansing.

Associates are responsible for greeting our customers and discussing the different types and styles of hard cider that we produce. The server should be able to explain the various ciders we sell and help our customers explore those that they prefer. Applicants must be service oriented. Previous customer service experience is encouraged but not required. Bartending experience is encouraged but not required.

We pride ourselves on our relationship with the community and are known for being genuine, helpful, and kind. Servers represent us and our image, they must be friendly, energetic, engaging, and detail oriented.

Assist other team members.

Cash Management.

Store/Bar opening & closing duties.

Stock, clean and maintain store & restroom.

The ideal candidate for this position will be available to work both weekday and weekends, nights & mornings year round.

This is an hourly position plus tips.
