Competitive Pricing Analyst jobs in New York
Competitive Pricing Analyst provides analysis of revenue, market share, capacity, and competitor activity to develop optimal pricing for geographies and market segments aligned with products and sales strategy. Conducts market research, assesses data, and develops insights into market trends and pricing strategies. Being a Competitive Pricing Analyst maintains a database of historical pricing data to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and guide pricing decisions. Coordinates tools, reports, and communications for accurate pricing information responsive to market changes. Additionally, Competitive Pricing Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree in business or related discipline. Typically reports to a manager. The Competitive Pricing Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Mandate:
Reporting to the Pricing Manager, the successful candidate will need to have strong track records with proven success in following the FMC regulations surrounding the US international ocean and air 3PL business. The candidate must have day to day quote/pricing knowledge from a national perspective. - Proven experience in dealing with carriers and the negotiation process in a Key Account Manager or CSR role
