As a Pricing Analyst in Fragrance and Beauty Division you are a member of the NOAM Pricing Team reporting to the Regional Head of Pricing. You will be responsible for setting prices and other daily pricing activities in order to ensure pricing consistency and profitability according to Givaudan’s guidelines and objectives. You will interact with cross functional stakeholders in the process.
Your responsibilities will include:- Price Setting and Maintenance:
Management of ongoing pricing activities and calculation of prices, cost targets and margins of fragrance products in our creative and development systems, and pricelist maintenance. Coordinate and track changes and adjust-ments.- Business Partnering:
You will interact closely with the Customer Care team. Validating first time orders, and resolving issues with pricing/orders.- Guarantee Compliance:
You will guarantee compliance with the Pricing Policies and Guidelines including application of the margin grids and obtaining approval of any exceptions to the guidelines by managing approvals. Ensure data maintenance and quality in all Pricing processes and systems.- Additional responsibilities:
Generating ad-hoc reports/analysis based on current and historical sales, selling prices and margins.

Your professional profile includes:- University Degree in Business, Finance or relevant area
- At least 2 years combined experience in pricing, finance or similar field
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS-Office
- SAP experience is a plus
