SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to develop strategic and competitive pricing strategies to support successful business growth.

Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Using expertise, identifies risk and develops price to win strategies and cost/price models to improve RFP win rate.

• Ensures organizational cost accounting structure supports the organization’s cost/price proposal framework.

• Works with functional areas and programmatic leadership to integrate cost accounting methodologies, proposal pricing strategies and techniques, and program strategy into a winning proposal.

• Supports cost/price proposal resources and strategies.

• Prepares, integrates, and oversees all aspects of cost/price proposal preparation, production, and delivery.

• Works collaboratively with Functional Teams, Programmatic Leadership, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure that all costs are captured and the customer is provided with a competitive and compliant price proposal.

• Evaluates solicitation (RFP, RFQ), sources sought, and Requests for Information (RFI) requirements, determines/supports costing/pricing structure and strategy, cost volume completion schedules, analyzes and compiles cost/price data, and prepares Price and Cost Volumes in a timely manner.

• Participates in team review to verify the cost/price proposal aligns with the technical approach and requirements of the solicitation or similar medium (e.g. RFI, Sources Sought, etc.).

• Makes recommendations to senior and executive management.

• Works with Proposal Manager to identify all milestone dates (i.e., interim and final pricing reviews) during proposal development.

• Lead interim and final pricing reviews with senior and executive management.

• Develops and maintains cost estimating and pricing strategy policies and procedures.

• Supports cost and pricing proposal audits.

• Participates in cost and price proposal clarifications or negotiations.

• Maintains complete price to win documentation and files.

Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• Four (4) years of experience in a Government Contract Pricing.

• Proficient in ProPricer, MS Excel, & MS Word.
