Job Summary

Reporting to the Director, Pricing Strategy the Pricing Analyst position is part of the Finance team responsible for the delivery of accurate pricing solutions that help to solve current and long-term business problems for enterprise clients. In addition, the Analyst role will have responsibilities focused on building detailed financial models for client profitability and internal reporting to be presented to executive audiences. The Pricing Analyst will also help our clients through business cases highlighting the return on investment of the eMoney platform.

The Analyst role requires the ability to form strong relationships with all levels across the organization to support pricing activities and to truly understand the needs of our clients as well as the capabilities of the eMoney platform.

Job Description

• Play a critical role in tactical and strategic pricing activities across eMoney Finance
• Maintain and improve an efficient operating model for eMoney, developing a deep understanding of SaaS unit economics and ensuring our pricing and delivery models are designed to meet our margin & growth objectives
• Develop detailed financial models highlighting key metrics, unit economics, assumptions, and impacts to both eMoney and the client
• Prepare high-quality documents and presentations that articulate "the story" quickly and effectively
• Partner with members of the eMoney team across multiple departments, including Business Development, Product, Marketing, Support, Implementation, Training, and Legal to ensure competitive and effective pricing
• Monitor industry trends and provide pricing model recommendations to eMoney
• Develop and deliver presentations and recommendations to eMoney Sr. Team to help guide effective and efficient decision making
• Respond to multiple ad-hoc analyses and requests from Sr. Mgt and eMoney colleagues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent required
• 3-5 year of experience in Finance, preferably within a medium-sized, high-growth company
• Excellent financial modeling skills
• SaaS experience is a plus

• In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, practices, tools, and procedures
• Excellent Excel and Power Point skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills are required

• Proven ability and flexibility to manage multiple priorities on a deadline basis
• Highly motivated, energetic, and hardworking self-starter who is flexible and can work on multiple projects simultaneously (independently and on teams)
• Functions well under pressure and can work extended hours as needed
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment

• Promotes teamwork and cooperation to resolve conflicts and ensure achievement of organizational objectives

The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $79,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
