Job Description

This is an individual contributor role that oversees the process of pricing and contracting multiple builder’s cabinet program.  This role works closely with stakeholders to ensure the success, profitably and accuracy of the program. 

Organizational Relationship:

Reports directly to the Builder Channel Supervisor - Pricing

Accountabilities: 

• Manage execution and delivery of builder price matrices to be on time, accurate and easy to read.
• Obtain vendor pricing for countertop, installation, glass, etc. 
• Input pricing in customer’s bid template or website as required to ensure accurate contracted pricing
• Publish and maintain builder layouts
• Work as a liaison between all stakeholders, including sales, to ensure the success and completion of projects
• Maintain electronic documentation of standard work procedures for builder account management
• Provide support to builders as issues arise
• Conduct root cause analysis, track resolution and communicate solutions
• Identify methods of process improvement, by analyzing design and pricing errors
• Analyze pricing contracts to ensure all contractual elements are included
• Review price structure to determine profitability, make recommendations to improve if applicable
• Analyze and propose SPA amounts
• Coordinate timeline of old pricing programs to new, and ensure all stakeholders can interpret for accurate ordering
• Ensure price schedules signed by all stakeholders
• Other duties as may be assigned at management’s discretion
• Travel as business needs may require

Qualifications

• A 2-year or 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer programming or a related field is highly preferred
