• Monitor shrinkage and recommend innovative ways to reduce theft and breakage.
• Identify obsolete inventory and lead the charge in its strategic removal.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to ensure we never miss a beat.
• Keep the flow seamless by overseeing and reviewing inter-store transfers.
