Competitive Pricing Manager assists with the pricing analysis of revenue, market share, capacity, and competitor activity to provide pricing for products, geographies, and market segments aligned with products and sales strategy. Conducts market research and intelligence gathering and recommends pricing targets. Being a Competitive Pricing Manager maintains competitive pricing databases to monitor changes in the marketplace and their impact on new and existing products. Performs analyses to test customer price sensitivity and elasticity. Additionally, Competitive Pricing Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree in business or related discipline. Typically reports to a manager. The Competitive Pricing Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Competitive Pricing Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Restaurant General Managers are responsible for:

    • Leading a team of managers and crew members with all facets of the successful operations for an Arby’s Restaurant in all areas of People, Profitability and Operations
    • Providing a high level of leadership to the restaurant and the employees
    • Setting an example in excellent customer service by ensuring efficient and courteous customer transactions in a friendly environment
    • Working with the District Manager to ensure that Arby’s and Tria company policies and procedures are practiced in a manner that is consistent with company standards and state required laws
    • Performing human resource functions including staffing, training, creating work schedules and supervising all employees, while following company HR policies and applicable laws.
    • Working with vendors in a professional manner, and address customer complaints promptly and politely

    Requirements
    We are looking for individuals with a desire to succeed and grow with a company, preferably with at least 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience leading a unit, 5 years of restaurant experience and the hunger to move your career to the next level!

    • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • Possess a state issued driver’s license
    • Must be able to pass a background check
