Job Duties:

• Team Leader
• Responsible for shop goals
• Shop Morale
• Greet clients and maintain clean showroom
• Schedule appointment
• Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc.
• Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of
• Receiving/ordering/posting parts
• Review digital inspections
• Responsible for assigning and designating job duties to staff according to their performance and history
• Supervise the operations of mechanics to ensure timely and quality repairs that meet the requirements of customers

Requirements:

• Automotive Experience
• Detail oriented
• Valid drivers license
• Sales Experience
• Organized
• Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus
• Have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Manage client experience from beginning to end

• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
