Competitive Pricing Manager assists with the pricing analysis of revenue, market share, capacity, and competitor activity to provide pricing for products, geographies, and market segments aligned with products and sales strategy. Conducts market research and intelligence gathering and recommends pricing targets. Being a Competitive Pricing Manager maintains competitive pricing databases to monitor changes in the marketplace and their impact on new and existing products. Performs analyses to test customer price sensitivity and elasticity. Additionally, Competitive Pricing Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree in business or related discipline. Typically reports to a manager. The Competitive Pricing Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Competitive Pricing Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver gymnastics lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
- Teach proper techniques and form for gymnastics exercises and routines
- Create a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their skills
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with the goals of the gymnastics program
- Monitor student progress and track their achievements
- Ensure equipment is set up properly and maintained in a safe condition
- Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and any concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience as a gymnastics coach or instructor is preferred
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety guidelines
- Familiarity with other related disciplines such as physical education is a plus
- Experience working with children or students in an educational or coaching setting
- Ability to educate and motivate students to achieve their goals
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other staff members
- Excellent behavior management skills to maintain a positive learning environment
