As a Pricing Manager, you will be driving the success of our business development efforts by developing effective pricing strategies and Price to Win campaigns. You will work closely with members of the business team to understand the requirements of various opportunities and develop pricing solutions that maximize profitability while ensuring competitiveness in the marketplace.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with business team members to understand the requirements of potential opportunities and develop pricing strategies accordingly.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements to inform pricing decisions.
Develop pricing models and tools to support pricing strategy development and ensure consistency and accuracy in pricing proposals.
Lead Price to Win campaigns by analyzing customer needs, competitor pricing, and other relevant factors to determine optimal pricing strategies.
Participate in customer negotiations as needed to support pricing strategy implementation and achieve desired outcomes.
Monitor pricing performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to pricing and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Who We Want:
The ideal candidate must have strong analytical abilities to decipher intricate data and market trends for informed pricing decisions, along with exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Candidates should have a proven track record in crafting and executing pricing strategies that propel business growth, possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related pricing software, and proficient in managing multiple projects independently within a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with government contracting, including familiarity with FAR and DFARS, is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years experience in Finance with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
