As the Sr. Manager for Pricing, you will create the vision, strategy, and execute the plan for pricing and rate cards for DSPs across the Americas. This highly visible role will be responsible for all pricing models that drive the cost structure for Americas DSP and build incentive strategies that deliver capacity growth and flexibility. You will align partner teams across Program, Product, and Technology on your vision, deliver through your team and others, and deliver long-term scalable solutions. You will be deeply connected to the data, be forward-looking, and make sound high-judgement decisions. As a key leader in the DSP organization, you will develop a high performing team and help drive long-term growth and flexibility.
A successful candidate will be customer obsessed, highly analytical, resourceful, a big thinker, an excellent communicator, and able to operate at all levels of the organization. This will be a high visibility role, meaning that the optimal candidate will be comfortable driving critical business decisions in fast paced, high pressure, and often ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, have an attention to detail, and desire to shape the long-term vision of the pricing strategy.

The base pay for this position ranges from $142,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market.
