The right candidate will have excellent MS Excel skills, one year of experience, and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. SAP experience is STRONGLY recommended for this role. This position will be working on a cross functional and global team to primarily support John Deere's Sanction Screening Program. This position will be responsible for completing reviews on all our Deere Equipment, Financial and Parts business partners to ensure we do not conduct business with a sanctioned party.

Duties

• This position will be trained with the authority and responsibility to perform the following sanction screening tasks in SAP GTS: • Daily evaluation of blocked business partners and blocked documents • Ability to clear blocked documents • Unblock blocked business partners • Conduct manual sanctions screening • Place business partners on the GTS positive
• Analyzes requests for information and determines how to extract the data from the database systems for the appropriate reports.
• Develops and tests the accuracy of reports created to ensure high quality information is provided to end-users.
• Documents processes, conducts training, and provides technical support to database users.
• Gathers and summarizes data from various sources in order to complete reports and special projects.
• Retrieves records or data and distributes information as appropriate in order to provide timely and accurate information to department members or external customers.
• Maintains database systems, ensuring the integrity of the data within each system and resolves issues relating to the database information.
• Collaborates with various departments to develop and support data reporting needs.

Specific Position Requirements

• Hours of Work - Monday through Friday 8-4:30pm
• A Bachelor's degree is highly preferable.
• Must have excellent Excel skills
• Working knowledge of SAP would be a big plus.
• Process oriented, disciplined and organized, with strong attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Effective documentation, planning, and decision-making skills
