Compliance Analyst (Banking) monitors customer accounts and researches transactions to identify suspicious activity violating current anti-money laundering (AML) regulations defined in the US Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) or other governmental anti-terrorist financing programs. Uses customer data mining and software tools to identify suspicious activity patterns. Being a Compliance Analyst (Banking) reviews daily Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and Questionable Activity Reports (QAR), and submits Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) as appropriate. Ensures adherence to Know your Customer (KYC) protocols. Additionally, Compliance Analyst (Banking) may lead or participate in investigations of suspicious activity to pursue corrective actions and ensure completion of required filings. Keeps abreast with regulatory changes, risk management best practices, and trending methods used by fraud perpetrators. Delivers compliance training with up-to-date regulatory information and procedures to develop and guide a well-informed staff. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May have the Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification. Typically reports to a manager. The Compliance Analyst (Banking) work is closely managed. Programmer Analyst II: Banking Core Conversions

    This programming position is within our Core Director Implementations group.  This position is a part of a conversion team responsible for the onboarding of newly converting Financial Institutions (FI) as well as working with existing FI’s who are acquiring other FI’s.  This programming position works directly with a team of Application Analysts to translate/convert the FI’s current system data into the data formats and fields of Core Director.  This includes developing the data conversion code within a provided framework, assisting the Analysts with data review and validations, debugging issues or problems that may arise and providing resolution to those issues or problems. 

    This position will be a hybrid role working 3 days per week out of our Springfield, MO office.  

    What you’ll be responsible for: 

    • Develops programming code for new and/or existing banks data conversions.  
    • Troubleshoots and debugs existing code.
    • Tests code and fixes to ensure quality data conversions.
    • Develops conversion and system implementation plans; implements newly created code and fixes into existing software.
    • Provides programming support to data/application conversion analysts.
    • May perform other job duties as assigned.  

    What you’ll need to have:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in programming or software development from either a professional or educational background.   
    • Must have the ability to work after hours and on weekends for conversion projects.

    • Experience in legacy computer languages, such as COBOL or Basic.
    • Has a wide range of experience and able to resolve complex issues.  Works on complex and diverse projects.  Analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.  Exercises good judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining solutions.
    • Excellent knowledge of the financial industry.
    • Excellent communication and team interaction skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Able to lead complex projects.
    • Able to meet aggressive deadlines.
