Compliance Analyst (Banking), Sr. monitors customer accounts and researches transactions to identify suspicious activity violating current anti-money laundering (AML) regulations defined in the US Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) or other governmental anti-terrorist financing programs. Uses customer data mining and software tools to identify suspicious activity patterns. Being a Compliance Analyst (Banking), Sr. reviews daily Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and Questionable Activity Reports (QAR), and submits Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) as appropriate. Ensures adherence to Know your Customer (KYC) protocols. Additionally, Compliance Analyst (Banking), Sr. may lead or participate in investigations of suspicious activity to pursue corrective actions and ensure completion of required filings. Keeps abreast with regulatory changes, risk management best practices, and trending methods used by fraud perpetrators. Delivers compliance training with up-to-date regulatory information and procedures to develop and guide a well-informed staff. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May have the Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification. Typically reports to a manager. The Compliance Analyst (Banking), Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The Financial Analyst Senior position provides analytical consulting assistance to the administrative and managerial staff of the region. This position will be expected to support the financial and operational performance throughout the region through research and analysis as well as identify opportunities for performance improvement. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a role in helping the organization realize our reporting strategy through performing financial analytics and maintaining strong knowledge of system tools available. In addition, this position will participate in month-end close review of operating results. The Senior Analyst will provide financial support for management, including but not limited to analysis of departments, financial statements, costing, benchmarking, budgeting, forecasting, flex budgeting analysis/reporting, and other financial needs as determined.

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Costing · Heavy involvement in the operating and capital budgeting process, including partnering with operational leaders to develop annual budgets within targeted levels. · Develop financial models to be used in the strategic planning process, development of business plans, for capital planning/purchases, new initiatives, exit strategies, etc. · Report, analyze, monitor and forecast the financial position for the region. · Monitor and update cost accounting on a regular basis. |
Financial Reporting and Analysis · Analyze month-end operating results and follow-up with Operations to resolve questions. · Analyze and interpret financial operations, including income statement, statistical and ratio analysis. · Service line profitability. · Maintain a working knowledge of data sources to accurately and efficiently report findings in a meaningful and understandable manner. · Prepare financial information and analysis by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, and presenting findings and recommendations. · Collaborate with operations to ensure they the tools necessary to make operating decisions and understand the financial implications of those decisions. |

| Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field.
| Health system or hospital finance experience or experience as a CPA with a healthcare background |
Experience:
| 3-5 years experience with financial analysis; Experience with Microsoft Office applications required, especially Excel | Costing experience; Budgeting & Forecasting; Healthcare experience; Advanced experience with Excel preferred |
License(s)/Certification(s):
| Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. |
