Client Care Coordinator / Quality Assurance
The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of client management. This includes working closely with the HR Coordinator and Staffing Coordinator to make the best client/caregiver match, caregiver training, caregiver supervision, prospect client in-take, prospective client assessments, client visits and the development and maintenance of positive client relationships. We are looking for someone that loves working with people and exudes the people skills needed to interact positively and professionally with clients, their families and the caregivers that serve them.
This person also needs to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates the ability to think critically and be able to creatively and effectively solve problems.
The Care Coordinator Position requires the ability and willingness to work hours outside the normal 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. office hours, when necessary.
