Requirements :

• Must have a book of business and current medical relationships in Manatee County, Florida.
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills, professional appearance, and service-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility in working hours and excellent communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within and out of territory as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Generate business and meet monthly sales goals.
• Develop relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior communities, SNFs, and ALFs.
• Analyze market territory and create strategic sales plans.
• Maintain accurate account lists and track referrals.
• Exceed sales targets and attend community meetings.
• Develop marketing strategies with the Sales Leader.
• Maintain market awareness and ensure timely admissions.
