Our company, Home Instead Senior Care, is an in-home, non-medical provider of care services for our greatest generation. Our goal is to help Wyoming seniors stay ‘Home Instead’ for as long as possible by providing services such as companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and incidental transportation. In short, we help seniors remain in the comfort and safety of their own homes by providing assistance with tasks that are becoming more difficult to accomplish.

We are currently seeking a highly talented applicant with a background in both management as well as networking/sales, to help lead our business development efforts in the Casper area. We are looking for a qualified candidate who can help us continue to achieve our mission of delivering the highest quality non-medical home care services to seniors in Wyoming.

We currently have an amazing opportunity available in Casper for an experienced business professional to join our care team as our Client Care Manager. The Client Care Manageris responsible for a variety of duties as they promote our services within the community by developing strong, trusting relationships within the senior services community. In addition to developing relationships that drive client referrals, this role oversees the coordination of our care services between clients and caregivers in the market.

The Applicant must be compassionate, empathetic, and love working with seniors. Customer relations experience and the desire to thrive within a high growth industry are also a must.

This is a Full-Time position and pay will be based upon experience.
