Integrity Home Care is seeking a full-time experienced homecare RN to coordinate and implement OASIS quality reviews and coding. We are a Medicare/Medicaid certified agency serving patients in the greater Cleveland area with an office in Middleburg Hts. We provide skilled nursing, occupational, physical and speech therapies, social work, respiratory therapy, and aide services. The OASIS coordinator is responsible for performing review of OASIS to increase the accuracy of OASIS submission including ICD-10 coding. This includes remaining current on OASIS interpretation as well as performing staff education, policy & procedure development related to OASIS and other associated duties. We are looking for a dynamic nurse to join our dedicated team of caring professionals.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
- Strong background in caring for older adults
- Recent experience with OASIS and ICD-10 coding in homecare
- Current knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Regulations
- Computer proficiency
- Organized, detail oriented and must be highly accurate
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
