The Scheduling Coordinator Position:

This position will coordinate clients' in-home care needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Schedules employees as directed by client's care plan established upon intake.
• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence. Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.

QUALIFICATIONS for Scheduling Coordinator:

• Working knowledge of the framework, organization, and function of the home care industry
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must be computer proficient
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Current and valid driver license and transportation
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening
