We're looking for a Scheduling Coordinator with a background in human resources and scheduling experience to join our growing team. Our Scheduling Coordinators work together with other HR Administrative staff to ensure that staffing needs are met efficiently and that our recruiting team has the information they need to hire and onboard new employees. We are seeking individuals who enjoy working in an organized, fast-paced and collaborative office environment, and who are able to multitask effectively while prioritizing workloads.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the scheduling needs of the department.
• Manage employee vacations and time off from work.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Track employee attendance records and overtime hours.
• Review payroll reports for accuracy.
• Schedule meetings and events for the department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
