NJ Home Health Care is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate with home care coordination experience. The coordinator will handle incoming calls from clients and aides. They will be responsible for developing a relationship with each client and problem-solving customer service issues. They will support the agency with overseeing the client's care and matching home health aides with our clients. You will work closely with the HR rep, RN, and the Intake coordinator.
