  • About the Team

    VIZIO is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join their growing Legal Team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support VIZIO’s diverse compliance programs. The location for this role is in our corporate headquarters, Irvine, California. This role is expected to be in-office three days per week to start, eventually leading to a full five days per week in-office schedule.


    What You Will Do

    • Manage VIZIO’s overall compliance calendar and ensure compliance obligations are being completed accurately and timely.
    • Assist with the day-to-day activities and tracking of VIZIO’s various compliance programs such as accessibility, environment and sustainability, employment and health and safety, supply chain auditing, privacy, and other corporate compliance programs as assigned.
    • Perform assigned testing of VIZIO’s compliance programs, documenting evidence to show status of VIZIO’s compliance programs, and providing test results to VIZIO’s Compliance Managers and Legal Team Members to create corrective action plans and document remediation if necessary.
    • Perform document retention and documentation tracking for VIZIO’s compliance programs including internal policies and standard operating procedures.
    • Ensure VIZIO’s compliance program documentation are reviewed on an on-going basis to help ensure continued compliance.
    • Ensure that internal and external compliance reports, including reports to retail customers and governmental agencies, are accurate and submitted on time.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, project management or related field

    For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $56,000/year. The maximum salary for this position $72,000/year. The compensation package includes the annual bonus in addition to a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
