      • Coordinate with Plan staff and vendors on the tracking, collection and timely submission of reports and ad-hoc requests to regulatory agencies, including, but not limited to, the Department of Health Care Services; assist the Compliance Manager in coordinating, reviewing and providing guidance to internal staff on the intent, related definitions and purpose of such reports
      • Assist the Compliance Department in maintenance of documentation concerning compliance training, investigation of alleged fraud waste or abuse, official CenCal Health policies and procedures; and organizing any and all documentation in preparation for audits by State health care agencies
      • Other tasks associated with the development and deployment of the Plan’s Compliance Program, as designated by the Compliance Manager
      • Coordinate the tracking, coordination, development and ongoing modification of documentation for the submission of filings that are required to maintain the Plan’s Knox-Keene license with the Department of Managed Health Care
