Our Corporate Orders Coordinator is responsible for maintaining orders for Home Health in a timely manner. This specialist must possess a great working attitude while exercising accountability and professionalism in a fast-paced atmosphere. This role reports to Revenue Cycle Management.

Responsibilities:

• Daily tracking and sending of orders across the company.
• Following up with appropriate physician offices’ in regards to orders being signed correctly.
• Working with other departments to ensure orders go to the correct facility and with the proper physician on file
• Ensure proper follow up for aging orders by using appropriate reports in software.
• Recognize signature errors and get with the operations team to help facilitate the correct physician.
• Abide by HIPPA regulations.
• Communicate well with peers and administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
