Position: Coordinator of Compliance and Planning [60]

Salary: $55,369.60 - $60,652.80 Annually
Shift available: Full-time
Essential duties and responsibilities:

Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language

The Coordinator of Compliance and Planning will work with the Director of Compliance regarding the management of the Center's Compliance Program
-
Conducts reviews and investigations necessary to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and coordinates related quality management activities
-
Assists with Center Planning
-
Takes the lead role in securing financial collaboration from local sources
-
Works within a team to write, monitor, and evaluate grants
-
Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised
Required qualifications to be successful in the job:
-
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field

Minimum one (1) year of related work experience in the human services field as a service provider or an administrator of services

Graduate work in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of experience
-
Must have a valid Texas driver's license and be insurable under agency vehicle policy

Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred qualifications to be successful in the job:
-
Current licensure in good standing as an LPHA (LCSW, LPC, APA) within the State of Texas
-
Experience with oversight activities such as conducting record reviews, training staff, and grant writing; and experience coordinating with other community agencies and providers
