We are searching for motivated, dependable candidate to manage Dependable Service Company's Compliance program. Including the management of the inspectors and compliance testers, scheduling, managing of compliance paperwork and record keeping. Follow up with customers to ensure all documents are submitted within designated due dates. Maintain/repair test equipment, order materials/parts as needed, and create annual budgets. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain underground & aboveground storage regulations.
· Stay up to date with changes in regulations and industry best practices.
· Prepare reports for management regarding compliance activities and findings.
· Investigate any potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
· Complete and submit all paperwork as needed.
· Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
· Must be self- directed and able to work independently when opportunities arise.
· Must have good interpersonal skills and an ability to satisfy customer needs.
