Position Location: Onalaska, WI
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00/hour. Merit increase eligible twice annually!

Purpose & Summary: The OEM Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring overall stakeholder compliance and customer satisfaction with Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations' legislative and customer programs. This includes a high level of understanding around the state laws and the intricacies that dictate program compliance. The OEM Compliance Specialist will navigate customer compliance requirements, third party certification requirements, regulatory requirements, and our own internal policies and procedures in order to ensure the highest level of programming and innovative compliant solutions are being offered to our current (and future) customer base. The OEM Compliance Specialist will be responsible for meeting and exceeding customer and stakeholder needs, deadlines, and requests while assisting both the sales and compliance teams.

Education & Experience: For consideration as the OEM Compliance Specialist at Dynamic, candidates must possess an associate degree in a business-related field, as well as one year of Compliance, Customer Service, Accounting, Project Management, Process Management, Risk Management or Finance experience.
