Job Summary:

The Compliance Billing Coordinator will prepare invoices that require pay applications and or waivers to be sent to the customers. They will review contract billing specifications and follow those directives, track billing for ongoing projects, assess a need for and follow up change orders based on billed and contract amounts documenting communication regarding invoices.

Job Goals:

• Timely and efficient submission of invoices to customers
• Accurate tracking of Projects requiring compliance billing
• Excellent customer service to team members and customers

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices per their requirements.
• Assist in preparing payment applications.
• Provide timely support in the processing of lien waivers.
• Assist in maintaining our extensive network of third-party billing portals.
• Provide a supporting role in processing certificate of insurance requests.
• Monitoring Compliance inboxes to ensure timely response to internal and external requests.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

• Possess Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Ability to display professionalism when communicating with customers and coworkers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Work effectively in a team environment, assisting others when needed.
• The ability to learn and work within proprietary software.
