    Position Summary:

    The Entry Level Healthcare Compliance Analyst position is an opportunity to start a career in healthcare compliance completing daily activities involving regulatory compliance, ethics, privacy, security and fraud, waste, and abuse. The Entry Level Healthcare Compliance Analyst will develop their current skills and expand their understanding and knowledge of a compliance program. The Entry Level Healthcare Compliance Analyst will assist the team in maintaining Community Care Plan’s compliance program.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist in special investigative unit activities as needed to ensure program integrity compliance.
    • Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of compliance issues.
    • Learn and maintain a working knowledge of contract and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with policies and procedures.
    • Assist with compliance education and training.
    • Assist with audits.
    • Complete additional Compliance related projects as needed.

    Work Schedule:

    As a continued effort to provide a safe and productive work environment, Community Care Plan is currently following a hybrid work schedule. Staff are able to work from home 3 days a week and will report to the office 2 days a week. *****The company reserves the right to change the work schedules based on the company needs.
