    Director of Operations

    Seeking a Director of Operations to join our Administration team.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Evaluate, develop, and implement policies, procedures, and processes throughout the organization.
    • Monitor and ensure clinical and operational performance goals are maintained.
    • Ensure performance and operations remain compliant.
    • Manage safety/risk management issues.
    • Direct, plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate the services of clinical operations.
    • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to develop organizational goals and budgets.
    • Maintain a system of staffing.
    • Implement robust training within operations.
    • Implements a managerial climate that encourages teamwork and collegial collaboration.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality.
    • Follow organizational policies and procedures.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

     

    EXPERIENCE:

    Five or more years of management or experience in a healthcare setting.
