    What We’re Looking For—The Must-Haves


    • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a healthcare related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management with management of adaptive, iterative project management approaches.
    • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare or in a related area.
    • Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures,
    • A valid Colorado driver’s license and access to transportation during work hours are required.

    What We’d Like to See in You—The Nice-to-Haves


    • Master’s in public health, business administration is preferred.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP),
    • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and/or Lean Certification is preferred
    • Spanish language skills
