Health Solutions seeks a Director of Healthcare Innovation to oversee the Quality Improvement, Grant Management, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) programs ensuring all aspects of program projects (planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery) support Health Solutions’ vision, mission and strategic direction. What We’re Looking For—The Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a healthcare related field.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management with management of adaptive, iterative project management approaches.

• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare or in a related area.

• Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures,

• A valid Colorado driver’s license and access to transportation during work hours are required.

What We’d Like to See in You—The Nice-to-Haves

• Master’s in public health, business administration is preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP),

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and/or Lean Certification is preferred

• Spanish language skills
