Compliance Manager (Banking) supervises daily operations to identify and respond to suspicious activity violating current anti-money laundering (AML) regulations as defined in the US Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) or other governmental anti-terrorist financing programs. Uses oversight systems, interdiction software, and audit processes to perform daily transaction monitoring and identify suspicious activity patterns. Being a Compliance Manager (Banking) monitors activity and ensures adherence to Know your Customer (KYC) protocols and regulatory requirements for required filings and reporting. Leads investigations of suspicious activity to pursue corrective actions and ensure completion of required filings. Additionally, Compliance Manager (Banking) maintains extensive knowledge of financial regulations, risk management best practices, and changing fraudulent trends to develop and implement appropriate compliance procedures. Delivers compliance training with up-to-date regulatory information and procedures to develop and guide well-informed staff. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May have the Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification. Typically reports to a director. The Compliance Manager (Banking) supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Compliance Manager (Banking) typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.     The Digital Banking Manager is responsible with assisting in the development and management of products for the Digital Channels. This position will manage the integration of products and services focused on business initiatives that align with the Bank’s strategy and vision. The Digital Banking Manager will assist with the development and implementation of products and services related to the Bank's Digital channel strategies and lead key initiatives that are tailored to meet clients’ needs and contributes to the Bank's competitive edge in the marketplace. The Digital Banking Manager acts as a back-up to the Director of Digital Banking and will lead a team of digital banking professionals. This position will have the opportunity to work with various departments, vendors, and the leadership team in understanding the Bank’s strategy and identifying gaps in current offerings. The Digital Banking Manager will help define product requirements and deliver digital products, services and solutions.

    Essential Duties

    • Manages experiences across traditional channels, online New Account Opening, online Lending and Digital Wallets.

    • Ensures positive experiences when addressing our customers’ needs, and giving seamless Digital options at every touchpoint, while helping to promote Bank’s products and services.

    • An enthusiastic learner, user and advocate of the Banks technology, products and services, especially our Digital tools and experiences.

    • Define product requirements, business cases and perform product user testing for new products and enhancements.

    • Develop and manage monthly product reports.

    • Participate in product pricing and integration with the Bank’s analysis system.

    • Manage and ensure product alignment across enterprise strategies and initiatives.

    • Manage and resolve complex customer issues by providing creative and scalable solutions.

    • Review and collaborate API and integration designs with Digital Channel teams, other product teams, operations and IT team.

    • Support other key initiatives and priorities as needed and assigned by the Director of Digital Banking.

    • Provides day-to-day oversight and management of the Digital Team and the department's related operations.

    • Support Digital's vision and strategies and leads efforts to enhance Digital experiences in various relevant channels.

    • Encourages innovation and supports shared vision and business growth across the various Digital channels.

    • Manages performance standards, expectations and goals to ensure objectives align with the Digital strategies.

    • Responsible for the Digital Team's output and the successful execution of all Digital projects by managing Digital's Backlog and Roadmap to meet integration commitments across the organization.

    • Develops strong working relationships with leaders and department staff and ensures the Digital Channel remains a cohesive and effective group in providing services to clients.

    • Monitors and manages channel metrics and all feedback to align Digital efforts with goals of the organization.

    • Collaborates and assists in the development of marketing, advertising and educational efforts related to the Digital Channel.

    • Create new and innovative technologies, solutions and best practices.

    • Ensures quality in features, functions and bug fix releases by verifying operational readiness and accuracy of features developed by internal/external teams.

    • Collaborates with Product Owners, Product Managers, Marketing, BI, Development teams and other stakeholders to iterate on requirements, ideas and designs.

    • Ensures alignment between all client-facing Digital experiences.

    • Plans and manages the execution of user interface & functional changes by developing product/feature launch strategy with all stakeholders.

    • Ensures Digital systems up time and functions are maintained at an acceptable level, per SLAs with all stakeholders and third parties.

    • Develop best practices and quality assurance procedures for production implementations.

    • Coordinate Digital channels efforts with annual Core release, ensuring necessary enhancements are reviewed, tested, approved and communicated to Bank personnel timely and effectively.

    • Place support calls to the Bank’s Core provider and relevant Digital Banking vendors and oversee break fix and change processes.

    Complies with all State and Federal Banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: BSA, Anti-Money Laundering OFAC, CIP, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and privacy requirements. Acts as the control point for the office to ensure that all CIP, BSA, OFAC requirements, procedures and time frames are met.
