Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Compliance Manager - Healthcare manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Responsibilities:
- Track daily field crew production on online/ArcGIS map
- Review and perform quality control on data collected from various types of inspections
- Reconcile inspection data with production data
- Effectively communicate feedback to crews on data collected in the field
- Generate reports and manage client deliverables
Qualifications:
- Requirements
- Experience using relational databases
- Strong file management skills in a Windows environment
- Ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills quickly
- Capable of working with large quantities of data from multiple sources simultaneously
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must work efficiently to meet demanding deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Ability to read and comprehend contract specifications and adapt standard processes when necessary
- Preferred Skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Access or SQL Server
- Proficient use of ArcGIS or equivalent software
- Degree or college experience in:
- Civil Engineering or similar field of study
- Computer Science or similar field of study
- Geographic Information Systems or similar field of study
- Experience editing photos and videos
- Previous experience performing detailed inspections of underground utilities.
- Self-motivated with an ability to learn new applications and skills quickly
- Valid NASSCO certification (PACP, LACP, and MACP)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.74 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
