Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Practice Manager to oversee a group of infusion centers within New Hampshire and Maine. The Regional Practice Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the infusion centers, maintaining high standards of patient care, and overseeing business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple infusion centers within the region.
Enforce standardized processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality patient care.
Ensure medication inventory is accurate.
Collaborate with the construction team for new site launch preparedness.
Monitor performance goals, track key metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Enforce adherence to clinical protocols, policies, and guidelines to ensure safe and effective patient safety and care.
Resource Management:
Monitor and manage resource allocation across locations, including staffing, equipment, and supplies
Forecast staffing based on business growth and demand.
Ensure timely employee recruitment and training.
Monitor center budgets and financial performance to optimize revenue and control costs.
Customer Experience:
Maintain a patient-centered approach, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional patient experience across all infusion centers.
Monitor patient satisfaction surveys, addressing concerns and making improvements as necessary.
Work with Sales and Marketing to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing multiple clinics, preferably in an ambulatory care setting.
Ability to travel across New Hampshire and Maine.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and business development.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in healthcare software systems and electronic health records.
