    • Manage, oversee, and coordinate most aspects for medium to large, complex, Real Time Locating System (RTLS) projects within Healthcare facilities from award through completion of project.
    • Translate a variety of customer needs and requirements into detailed system designs, scope of work, and project implementation plans to meet Customer requirements.
    • Effectively communicate project requirements to multidisciplinary project team and wider organization as required.
    • Maintain accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports.
    • Acts as “our customer’s best service provider” at all times thereby ensuring Convergint Technologies is the customer’s first choice for service.
    • Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert for the systems that we install.  
    • Coordinate and lead in depth technical calls with customer IT teams, partners, and colleagues.
    • Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies, services, and controls necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of project within budget.
    • Establish project milestones, initiate changes controls (change orders), and analyze costs.
    • Lead multi-disciplinary team, including some managerial responsibilities and vendor selection.

    What You’ll Need

    • Basic project management experience in an IT or technical environment.
    • Coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills; solid leadership orientation.
    • Team leadership, team building and facilitation skills.
    • Initiative – engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities.
    • Adaptability – responds effectively to changes in situation or information; ability to influence others and build consensus using strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and look for solutions, solid conflict resolution skills.
    • Financial analysis skills including cost control.
    • Ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers, partners, and colleagues.
    • Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
    • Good knowledge and understanding of IT Server, application, database, networking and security principles.
    • Logical systematic troubleshooting skills in both system design and information technologies.
    • Ability to self-start and complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work within healthcare facilities.

    Requirements:

    Education: Associate’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience

    Minimum Experience: 3 years of previous, relevant IT, engineering, field service or project management experience.

    Preferred Experience (but not required): 

    • Experience in one or more of the following industries: Healthcare, Real Time Locating Systems (RTLS), Information Technology
    • Previous leadership experience
    • Certifications & Licenses: Project Management Institute (PMI) certification desirable or industry-specific certifications
