    Pay

    Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $73400 - $99100 / year

    In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.     Responsibilities 

    • Oversee compliance training including new hire, annual refresher, and one-on-one training  
    • Manage daily transaction audits and facilitate Title 31 committee meetings to review all pertinent information and any findings from reporting and observations 
    • Respond to law enforcement requests or subpoenas and act as the primary point of contact for state regulators as it relates to the overall gaming operation and any minimum internal control standards 
    • Update and maintain internal controls as well as policies and procedures for the unit 
    • Ensure appropriate knowledge of standards and regulations for each operating unit

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, professional experience supervising others may substitute for a degree 
    • Ability to obtain and maintain gaming license by appropriate state regulators 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to work in multiple systems to integrate and analyze data 
    • Proficient at operationalizing gaming regulations and meeting requirements while also supporting a thriving gaming business
